Eligibility for Paratransit
People with disabilities as defined by law and prioritised for paratransit are those “with a deficiency causing a significant and persistent disability, who are liable to encounter barriers in performing everyday activities. This disability must limit the person’s mobility, capacity or autonomy to such an extent that they would be unable to use regular public transport services”.
To register or check your eligibility, you must ask a healthcare professional to complete the form provided for this purpose and then send it to us:
