Communications and Customer Service Agent
Location: La Malbaie, Charlevoix
Employment Type: One (1) year renewable contract – Full-time, 35 hours per week
About Mobilité Charlevoix
Mobilité Charlevoix is a non-profit organization mandated by the Charlevoix and Charlevoix-Est Regional County Municipalities (MRCs), which are legally responsible for organizing public and adapted transportation within their territories. As the designated operator, Mobilité Charlevoix manages and operates the services, ensuring that citizens’ transportation needs are met by offering accessible, safe, and adapted solutions. The organization actively contributes to the development of sustainable mobility and plays a central role in improving the quality of life of residents by facilitating their access to services and opportunities in the region.
Job Summary
Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will play a key role in the implementation of the organization’s Communication Plan, while fostering a culture of positive client relations and supporting day-to-day operations.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Supporting management in the implementation and monitoring of the Communication Plan.
Participating in the planning and deployment of the organization’s digital transformation.
Contributing to the creation and maintenance of the visual content library.
Receiving and processing client calls, including service requests.
Occasionally representing the organization at promotional events.
Performing various clerical tasks (e.g., document preparation, transit pass inventory, general administrative support).
Required Profile
Education and Experience
AEP or AEC in Communication and/or Administrative Support, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365). Excellent command of spoken and written French.
Good public speaking skills.
Knowledge of office software and design tools (an asset).
Knowledge of the public transit sector (a major asset).
